Access to information and personal information protection
Soya Excel is a private company subject to the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. This Act allows a person who request it to have access to personal information held by the Company and concerning them, on the condition that this information is recorded in a document as of the date of the request, and subject to certain restrictions on the right of access as provided for by the Act. The person responsible for access to documents and the protection of personal information is the individual to whom a written request must be sent.
