Our available positions

Daily Handling – Day Shift

Permanent full-time position

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet truck drivers 
  • Receive and ship products in the ERP system 
  • Weigh, load, and unload trucks and containers 
  • Transferring between silos 
  • Operate soybean drying equipment
  • Participate in general yard maintenance 
  • Classify grains (training provided)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Enjoy working outdoors, summer and winter 
  • Be courteous and have good communication skills 
  • Demonstrate good organizational and prioritization skills 
  • Be meticulous and thorough in performing tasks

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Salary: based on experience 
  • Overtime: paid after 40 hours 
  • Group insurance: medical, life, and disability (after 6 months) 
  • Profit-sharing bonus: $850/year 
  • RRSP contribution program: up to $750/year 
  • Work equipment provided: summer and winter, temporary position to cover maternity leave

Production operator

Permanent full-time position

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise the supply of grain to the production line 
  • Check that equipment is functioning properly and report any anomalies
  • Manually adjust the temperature and amperage of the machines as needed 
  • Perform quality tests every hour of production 
  • Supervise the assembly of bulk orders (bags, tubs) 
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
  • Help load delivery trucks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Resourcefulness and initiative 
  • Reliability and punctuality 
  • Meticulousness and attention to detail

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Salary: based on experience 
  • Night shift bonus: +$1/hour 
  • Overtime: paid after 40 hours 
  • Group insurance: medical, life, and disability (after 6 months)
  • Profit-sharing bonus: $850/year 
  • RRSP contribution program: up to $750/year 
  • Work equipment provided
